Employees, please use the SWBC login instructions page below to learn how to set up your online employee portal. If you are a new hire and have not already done so, you need to go ahead and register and complete your paperwork. If you are a current employee who has already completed their paperwork, you will use the login information that you created when you did your online paperwork. Please keep your username and password information for future use. You will use this website in order to access things such as your check stubs, W2 forms, and direct deposit or pay card information. If you are having trouble with your login you can contact SWBC at 830-980-1200 M-F from 8-5.
