Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing and Sanitation:
- Operate dishwashing machinery to clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.

Maintenance of Work Area:

- Follow proper chemical handling procedures and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
Support Kitchen Operations:
- Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks when required, such as peeling vegetables or preparing ingredients.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely cleaning of necessary items.
Compliance and Safety:
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures regarding sanitation and safety.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Kitchen Manager promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
