Menu Presentation: Present menus to guests, explain specials, and provide information on menu items when needed. Providing guests with chips and salsa prior to seating them.
Customer Service: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized host/hostess station and front entrance area. Ensure menus are clean and presentable.
Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations. Follow protocols for handling guest information and privacy.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Qualifications
